PRICE & DELIVERY INFORMATION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN ITALY SERVING EUROPE

 

 

We have opened a warehouse in Italy to be able to ship to European countries without having to charge excess shipping fees and to improve shipping times and any issues with importing from our London Head Quarters. UK. However, please do bear with us while we integrate the two systems. We are live and always here for any further information or advice that you may require.  

  • We ship Monday to Friday, five days a week. 

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Italy and your country.

If payment of your order is confirmed before 20:00 on Monday to Friday, your order will generally be processed and shipped the same day.

  • We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at check out.Our EU Warehouse ships products only to the 28 member states of the European Union.

  • For shipping to Norway or Switzerland; please contact us for rates. 

  • Duties to be paid on orders to Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Ukraine and Belarus.

  • Please note that there is an extra charge to Ukraine and Belarus.

  • An email will notify you of the receipt of your payment by Philosophia Botanica Europe. A further email will inform you once your parcel has been shipped to your delivery address.

  • Shipping rates are in Euro and will be mentioned separately on your invoice.

  • The delivery time mentioned for each country refers to the time after your parcel has left our warehouse. We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only.

  • Please provide us with your complete delivery address and contact telephone numbers as this may help timely delivery.

  • At present we do not have express delivery facilities. Such service may be available in the future.

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the parcel), a note with instructions will generally be left at the delivery address. Usually you can call the parcel delivery service to arrange a date for redelivery or alternatively, you can pick up your parcel from a local point of service.

  • Please note that the delivery procedure depends on the local parcel delivery service and may vary from country to country.

  • Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location. Priority / Express services are not available to all overseas EU territories, except for Italy. Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as the Holidays, may impact delivery times.
