UNDERSTANDING AND PASSION FOR FACE GUA SHA TECHNIQUES.
Based on Chinese Medicine protocols, this hands on and self-care online masterclass incorporates elements of TCM face mapping and gua sha techniques on the face, neck, shoulders, acupressure points.
Gua Sha is an eastern technique that helps to decongest the skin and improve blood flow and circulation. The firm but gentle sweeping and scraping movements encourage lymph drainage to the face and neck which detoxify, helping to clear sinus congestion, prevent acne, dark skin pigmentation and puffiness or dark circles under the eyes.
In this Masterclass you will learn how to correctly use, hold, and practice gua sha for the face with rhythmic massage strokes, and how to smooth and gently scrape the skin in order to iron out fine lines, tightens the skin and speed up the elimination of congestion such as eye bags.

All payments are non-transferable unless agreed with Philosophia Botanica Ltd at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the course. A refund of 50% of the course fee will be repaid if cancellation is received in writing prior to four weeks before the course. Course fees for cancellations within two weeks of the course date will not be refunded. We reserve the right to pursue any non-payment legally.
