Join Chinese Medicine practitioner and Philosophia Botanica Founder, Francesca Canzano-Franklin, for an exclusive self-care Gua Sha Masterclass.

Francesca has  two decades experience in the Holistic Health, Spa and Wellness industries, having worked for and with a wide variety of Spas, Resort Spas, Yoga Centres and Wellness Retreats. 


She is the creator of the multi-award winning PRO Gua Sha Facial ™and The Eastern Facelift ™ Spa ritual, and  has been a leading teacher and international speaker in the UK, South Africa, Italy and internationally.


She  draws her expertise  from both Western sciences and the ancient systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thai Medicine and regularly facilitates courses, masterclasses and retreats around the world.

This hands-on class will break down our self-care gua sha protocol in easy to remember steps that you can do at home.

Join Karin Velikonja, founder of Glowinface  that has been teaching Face Yoga all over the world since 2014. She has been holding classes in the USA, Belgium, UK, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Dubai, and Bali to more than 1000 participants, and fluently speaks English, Italian, Slovenian, and Croatian.

In 2018 she created an online version of her signature 5-week face workout program and started offering individual online sessions worldwide. You can get it at as an addition to your face yoga routine. There you will learn an additional 10 most potent face exercises and create a complete face workout routine.

In the past, she has collaborated with different beauty companies in Italy, Dubai, Bali, and Slovenia. Together they organized many face yoga presentations and staff trainings to educate people about the importance of facial exercise. She has spoken about Face Yoga at different health and wellness congresses, university classes and introduced it to health practitioners and doctors in Slovenia with whom she now also collaborates.

The webinar will be contain theoretical and practical part + Q&A where you'll get all your questions answered. 

In the first portion of the webinar you will learn all you need to know about face yoga to start practicing the right way. This is how you will understand the deeper impact face yoga has on our emotional and physical health. In the practical part you will learn an amazing face workout routine you can do daily. The routine will form 5 staple exercises lifting and strengthening all parts of the face and so reduce wrinkles, lift your face and boost your energy levels. Together with Francesca we are going to show you how to connect face yoga and Gua Sha to form a separate or combined holistic beauty routine.

This class is great for all skin types and ages.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. You are welcome to use any Gua Sha boards that you may already have, or else we can assist you with one of our bespoke Gua Sha stones.  We suggest to use a natural face oil for the Face Gua Sha techniques. Do not hesitate to get in touch for assistance or advice.

t’s no secret that exercise is essential to a fit and healthy body. The same applies to your face.
Your face and neck consist of more than 50 intimately connected facial muscles that should be trained as well. Your facial muscles represent more than 60% of your facial form and they affect your skin and bone structure. 
The next time you look at yourself in the mirror and see sagging skin and wrinkles, it helps to remember it's not your skin that needs to be treated but your muscles! Gravitation and the aging process affect your muscles causing them to sag and lose volume. When muscle sags, skin follows. When the muscles lose volume, your skin has no place to lay over and so it wrinkles.
To keep your face healthy and youthful you have to train your facial muscles. And you need to do it the right way.


Face Gua Sha helps to decongest the skin and improves blood flow and circulation.
